Freetail Therapy gives points to fans for contributing social activities such as posts, comments, likes, tweets and more to the Freetail Therapy community.
Our scoring system rewards quality participation over quantity. The leaderboard is the simplest form of fan recognition. Every fan action in our community is valuable. These actions get shared with friends, family and followers and are powerful word of mouth recommendations and referrals. The Freewards tab recognizes our fans in new and interesting ways so that we can reward engagement and loyalty.
Since we reward quality participation over quantity, the best way to move up on the score board is to be genuinely active. If you have a question about a post, ask it, if you have some feedback or tips, please let us know. We are here for our fans and want to hear from you.
Posting on our wall is another way to earn quality points, so if you received a great freebie in the mail, snap a pic and show us. If you liked one of our posts, give it a like and share it with your friends, but remember, quality over quantity. The system will be able to recognize this. Those that like and share every post will be seen as quantity, those that like and share random posts that they genuinely enjoy, will be more apt to be seen as quality.
In the Freewards tab, you will find an action box. You can complete the action given to you, or pick a different action. You will be given different actions each day, you can do all, some or none of them. You also have the option of Tweeting and sharing the leaderboard on both facebook and Twitter. Once these actions are completed, just go about your regular day and comment on posts that interest you, share posts with your friends when you think they will like to see them, and like any posts that you enjoy.
